Located in the heart of the Ivanhoe Business District, our 2,000 sq ft studio features three welcoming spaces for Pilates, movement, and community.

Just off I-44 at Arsenal & Jamieson, we offer small-group and private classes in a fully equipped Pilates studio with Reformers, Towers, Chairs, and a Ladder Barrel. Our 750 sq ft hardwood studio hosts a variety of movement classes.

The Equipment Studio is right inside the main entrance, handicap accessible, and includes an ADA-compliant restroom.
