Not your average reformer class.

Pilates Equipment Classes

These small-group classes (max 7) use the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Jumpboard to deliver a flowing, full-body workout that blends classical and contemporary Pilates techniques. You'll build strength, improve flexibility, and increase control, breath awareness, and balance.

Movements may be performed lying down, seated, kneeling, or standing and are adapted for all bodies and fitness levels.

Equipment Classes require a reservation, and are booked first come first served through MindBody. 

Class Levels:

Intro Express - Perfect for those new to Pilates equipment or short on time. Prepares you for Open-Level classes.

Open-Level – Suitable for most experience levels with individualized modifications.

Intermediate – Faster-paced with more complex choreography; ideal for those with prior Pilates experience.

 


REFORMER PILATES

Open-Level + Intermediate Equipment Classes

Class Length: 50 minutes

What to Bring: Water bottle and fitted, comfortable clothing. Grip socks or bare feet is recommended for safety and stability (socks available for purchase at the studio).

Note: Chair + Jumpboard classes are considered 'Open-Level.'

Reminder:An Introductory Private Lesson or participation in an Intro class/workshop is required before joining Open-Level or Intermediate classes (unless approved by an instructor)

EXPRESS + INTRO

New to Pilates? Short on Time?

Our Intro to Pilates Express class is a 30-minute session designed to get you moving, confident, and comfortable on the equipment. Just $15 and perfect for first-timers or anyone wanting a quick, guided sesh.

No pressure, no experience needed—just come as you are!

Class Length: 30 minutes

What to Bring: Water bottle and fitted, comfortable clothing. Grip socks or bare feet is recommended for safety and stability (socks available for purchase at the studio).

Cancellation Policy 

Due to limited capacity at our boutique studio and to keep prices affordable, all classes require a reservation and we do require a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid the full cost of the class. We kindly request that you cancel online.

If illness occurs, please text the studio after you have cancelled yourself online at 314-202-4018 and we will allow 1 sick cancellation inside the 24-hour window per month without penalty (paying for the cost of the class) but that cancellation must be made at least 2 hours prior to the start of class.  All other cancellations, regardless of the reason, will be charged the cost of the class.

No shows will be charged the full cost of the lesson.

No refunds given.

This policy is subject to change at any time and we will notify clients of any changes to the policy.
