Class Descriptions

Small group classes designed to support thoughtful, individualized movement.

Equipment Classes

Tower classes are held in the Tower Studio, located in the back room of our Equipment Studio at 3219 Ivanhoe.

Open-Level

Limited to 7 people. A full-body class using the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat to build strength, stretch, control, and balance.

Intermediate

A faster-paced class with layered progressions for those ready to deepen their practice.

Prior Pilates Equipment experience and instructor approval are required.

Chair

Limited to 4 people. A dynamic class incorporating the Pilates Chair with other equipment in a creative mix of classical and contemporary Pilates.

Prior Pilates Equipment experience is recommended.

Pilates Jumpboard

A low-impact, cardio-focused class combining Reformer work with jumping sequences to build strength, control, and endurance.

Prior Pilates Equipment experience is recommended.

Tower

Limited to 5 people. A steady-paced class focused on stability, alignment, and precise, controlled movement.

Open to all levels of experience.

Tower Sculpt

Limited to 5 people. A strength-focused class using springs, props, and controlled movement to build core strength and improve mobility.

Open to all levels of experience.

To join an Open-Level Equipment class or higher, please begin with an introductory option .

All classes are 50 minutes, with equipment, mats, and props provided.

Non-Equipment Classes

All non-equipment classes are held in our Mat Studio at 3217 Ivanhoe and are open to all levels.

Pilates Mat

Classical mat work designed to build core strength, improve mobility, and enhance balance, flexibility, and overall body control.

Props and modifications may be included for a safe, supportive experience.

Roller

A blend of Pilates mat work, foam rolling, and gentle self-massage to improve mobility, flexibility, core strength, and body awareness.

Mats and rollers are available at the studio.

Barre

A strength-focused class combining Pilates and barre to build stability, control, and endurance through low-impact, high-repetition movement.

Barre Restore

A restorative yet strengthening class blending center barre, standing barre, and Pilates and yoga mat work.

Movement, breath, and music work together to improve mobility, build strength, and reconnect you with your body.

Zumba

A high-energy, music-driven class combining Latin-inspired movement with easy-to-follow choreography for a full-body cardio workout.

No dance experience needed—just come ready to move and have fun.

All classes are 50 minutes, with equipment, mats, and props provided.

Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy

Our classes are intentionally small, and each spot is reserved just for you. If your plans change, we appreciate you canceling early so someone else has the opportunity to join.

We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Cancellations must be completed online through your account.

Late cancellations and missed classes are charged in full. All purchases are non-refundable.

Policies may be updated occasionally, and we will always communicate any changes. Thank you for being part of our studio.
