In the rear of the building, Studio Ivanhoe has a 400 sq foot open studio with hardwood floors available for rent for special workshops, yoga, dance, rehearsals, meetings or other needs. Rental rate for single use/short term is $30 per hour and includes wi-fi, bluetooth speaker, temperature control with new mini split system, 6 windows, fan and capability to connect to the flat screen TV for use in teaching or meeting virtually or hybrid.

For long term rentals an agreement may be reached for a discounted hourly rate. Please contact owner Gina Barrera to discuss pricing and booking options.
