PRICING

All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Pilates Equipment Classes require advance reservations and fill on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not have a waitlist. 

For safety and the best experience, new clients without prior Pilates experience are encouraged to complete one of the following before joining an Open-Level Group Equipment Class:

• A 1:1 Introductory Assessment Private Lesson,
• An Intro to Pilates Group Class, or
• A 90-minute Intro to Pilates Workshop.

All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Non-Equipment Classes require advance reservations and fill on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not have a waitlist. 

Non-Equipment Classes include Mat, Foam Roller, Barre and Zumba.

Due to limited capacity at our boutique studio and to keep prices affordable, all classes require a reservation and we do require a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid the full cost of the class. We kindly request that you cancel online.

If illness occurs, please text the studio after you have cancelled yourself online at 314-202-4018 and we will allow 1 sick cancellation inside the 24-hour window per month without penalty (paying for the cost of the class) but that cancellation must be made at least 2 hours prior to the start of class.  All other cancellations, regardless of the reason, will be charged the cost of the class.

No shows will be charged the full cost of the lesson.

No refunds given.
