Private and semi-private sessions offer the most individualized Pilates experience, whether you are new to Pilates, returning after time away, or looking for more focused support.
Sessions are 50 minutes and scheduled by appointment.

Especially helpful if you are easing back into movement or working with prior limitations, with medical clearance when needed.
Ideal if you want a strong foundation before joining group equipment classes.
Session options
Private and semi-private sessions can be booked as a single Intro Assessment, ongoing weekly lessons, or occasional sessions as needed.
Private
One on one instruction using Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Mat.
Semi-Private
A two-on-one session that still offers personalized guidance, with a shared but supportive experience. :
Ongoing or as needed
Start with an Intro Assessment, then continue weekly or schedule sessions as needed.
