COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS & STUDIO POLICY

Masks are optional at this time.

We ask that you stay home if you are experiencing any COVID-19/cold/flu symptoms. We will help you reschedule your lesson without penalty if you are COVID positive.

All equipment and high-touch surfaces are sanitized in-between each class.

Grip socks may be purchased at Studio Ivanhoe if necessary but are not required for classes.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/LATE POLICY

Due to limited capacity at our boutique studio, all group classes require a reservation.

Group classes require a 12 hour notice to avoid being charged the full cost of the class. Cancellations must be completed online.

No shows will be charged the full cost of the class or lesson.

No refunds will be given.

This policy is subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified of any updates. Thank you for your understanding.

EQUIPMENT CLASS POLICY

For everyone’s safety and to help clients get the most benefit out of their lessons, an Introductory Assessment Private Lesson or attendance in an Intro Level Pilates Group Class/Workshop is highly recommended for clients new to the Pilates Equipment, BEFORE attending any Open-Level Pilates Group Equipment Classes.

Any student who has a history of spinal issues such as herniated or bulging discs, pinched nerves, spinal fusion, active sciatica, spinal surgeries or any other musculoskeletal condition that limits the ability to move in all planes of motion is required to take a private 50-min Intro Assessment before joining a group 90-min Intro to Pilates Workshop or any group Pilates Equipment class at Studio Ivanhoe.
