Intro to Pilates Workshop
A thoughtful introduction to Pilates, designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and ready for class.
Limited to 6 people, this 90 minute workshop is designed for beginners and those looking for a refresher.
You will be introduced to foundational Pilates principles and equipment, including the Mat, Reformer, and Tower, with guidance on how to move safely and adjust the equipment to support your goals.
This workshop prepares you for Open-Level Pilates Equipment classes. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable, non-baggy clothing.

Before you join
If you have a history of spinal issues, such as herniated discs, pinched nerves, spinal surgery, or active sciatica, or other musculoskeletal conditions that limit movement, you must complete a private 50 minute Intro Assessment before joining this workshop or any group equipment class.
